Jean Cunningham Consulting is a lean consulting firm. JCC products and services are focused on applying lean waste reduction and process improvement principles to the back office and other functions outside of operations in service, manufacturing, and healthcare firms. We call this "Lean Beyond Manufacturing".
FOCUS
The back office includes the company-spanning functions, accounting, IT, and HR as well as other non-operations functions. By creating lean back office environments, these functions not only gain dramatically from lean efficiencies but become willing partners with lean operations. You gain more visual, timely, and accurate information flow and reporting. You raise efficiencies for employee services and create a lean enterprise fully oriented to customer demand, respect for each other, and engaged with continuous process improvement.

JCC consultants have long-term executive experience and lean leadership in lean companies.
