More recently as consultants, we have been assisting and training others in the lean way for several years.
The accelerating adoption of lean principles in areas beyond manufacturing by domestic and international companies alike is a strong validation of JCC's lean orientation and efforts.
Three functional areas—accounting, human resources, and IT—permeate all the other areas of every company. Because of this, JCC has found that applying lean principles in these areas tends to breed a lean mindset in people in all the other areas of the company. They are necessarily impacted by and often directly participate in workshops and kaizen events for these three functional areas.
