Lean Assessment
The Jean Cunningham Consulting lean assessment can be applied to any function or set of processes withing the enterprise.
The assessment uses a proprietary tool to create a functional evaluation of the as-is state of the function and processes as well as recommendations on how to address the areas of need established by the assessment.
Using the broad, overarching objectives for the function in a lean organization as a basis, our assessment will establish the current level of support for a lean environment. It also rates the effectiveness of the functional information flow. Finally, the assessment will identify areas of waste and lack of standardization and simplification.
